- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@underthecard.com within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the item, the packaging and the carton or tube to show the damage and/or issue, so we can discuss it with you. Please do not throw out the box carton or tube because it is needed to send the goods back to us in the event of any damage incurred during transit
