What’s the difference between a framed print and a digital download?
A framed print is a physical artwork delivered to your shipping address. A digital download is an artwork file you can download and print yourself. No physical item is shipped when you purchase a digital download.
Framed Prints
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Please allow 3-7 business days for your framed print to be prepared and dispatched. Delivery time is additional to this preparation period.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the delivery address. These timeframes are estimates, and delays may occur during busy periods or due to carrier disruptions.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship framed prints to Australian addresses only. We do not ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free Australia-wide!
Can I track my order?
Once your framed print has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
What if my framed print arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the artwork, frame and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue and help arrange the next steps.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check your tracking details, if provided, for the latest delivery updates. If your order is past the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number so we can help.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.
Which delivery service do you use?
Australia Post, Aramex and Allied Express.
What is nobody is at the delivery address when my framed print arrives?
If you're not present to collect your framed print, it can be left in a safe place or taken to a nearby post office for collection. In the event that Allied Express if delivering your framed print, you can also select a new delivery address. In any event, keep note of your tracking details to decide which option is best for you.
Digital Downloads
How will I receive my digital download?
Your download will be provided instantly via the email address provided. Simply open the email and access the download link.
When I order a digital download, will I receive a framed print in the post?
No. Digital downloads include a digital file only. Printing and framing are not included.
What if I can’t find my digital download?
Digital downloads are delivered by email, so check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you’re checking the email address used at checkout. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number so we can help.
What if my download link doesn’t work?
Contact us with your order number and a description or screenshot of the issue so we can help.
How do I print my artwork?
Download and save your file, then print it at home or through a professional printing service.
What happens if I order a framed print and a digital download together?
The two items are delivered separately. Your digital file follows the download delivery process above, while your framed print is prepared and shipped to your delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy for prints?
Because our framed prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your print, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
Can I return a digital download?
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads once the files have been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
